“royalty-free and fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of the Feedback in connection with its business, products and services without restriction or consideration to Customer. Zep will not identify Customer as the source of any such feedback. Zep acknowledges that all Feedback is provided to Zep on an "as is" basis and that Customer is not responsible for Zep's use of any Feedback, including any results therefrom.”
