8.2 Except as expressly set forth herein, Activepieces (and its licensors, where applicable) will retain all intellectual property rights relating to the Software and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, or other recommendations provided by Customer, its Affiliates, Users or any third party relating to the Software (herein referred to as “Feedback Materials”), which are hereby assigned to Activepieces. For the avoidance of doubt, Feedback Materials shall not include Customer Confidential Information or intellectual property owned by Customer. This Agreement does not constitute a sale of the Software and does not convey to Customer any rights of ownership in or related to the Software or any other intellectual property rights.
