“ 3.1. The ownership of the Yi Model and its related intellectual property rights or other rights is solely held by 01AI. No trademark licenses are granted under this Agreement, and in connection with Yi Model, neither 01AI nor you may use any name or mark owned by or associated with the other or any of its affiliates. 3.2. 01AI claims no ownership rights in Outputs. You are responsible for Outputs and their subsequent uses. ”
