“ These Terms shall continue to apply to you until your Account is terminated by either you or Vidu. However, you acknowledge and agree that the perpetual license granted by you in relation to the User Content, is irrevocable and will therefore continue after expiry or termination of your Account and your discontinuation of using the Services for any reason.”
