Their words · Terms of Service
“ As between you and Palette, you own the outputs you generate through the services ("Outputs"), including images, video, audio, and other media. Palette claims no ownership of Outputs and takes no licence to them beyond what is technically necessary to generate, store, and deliver them to you. We do not use your Outputs, or the prompts and reference material you provide to create them, for marketing or promotion, or to train any model, whether our own or a third party's. We will not publish, display, or otherwise reuse your Outputs without your prior written permission. You are responsible for how Outputs are created and used, and for holding the rights to any material you upload, reference, or prompt with. This includes compliance with copyright and other intellectual property law, rights of publicity and likeness, and laws governing synthetic or manipulated media, including those addressing non-consensual or deceptive depictions of real people. You agree not to use the services to create material that infringes a third party's rights or that depicts a real person without the permissions the law requires. Generative models can produce material that resembles existing works or real people. Palette does not review Outputs before they are generated and cannot warrant that any Output is free of third-party rights or lawful in your jurisdiction or intended use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, responsibility and liability for Outputs and their use rests with you rather than Palette, and the indemnity below applies to claims arising from them.”
