Their words · Terms of Service
“ “Input” means the prompts, instructions, business data, code, images, files, and other materials you provide to the Services. “Output” means the content generated for you through the Services, including code, websites, text, images, and business recommendations. Input and Output together are “User Content.” Ownership. Your Input remains yours. To the extent the law permits, you also own your Output as between you and MadeThis, and MadeThis assigns to you any rights it holds in that Output. This does not transfer ownership of MadeThis's underlying platform, pre-existing software, templates, tools, or third-party materials. Those materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. AI-generated content may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection, and other users may receive similar content. Ownership is separate from eligibility for the assisted export described in Section 12. Permission to Operate and Improve the Services. You give MadeThis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, process, adapt, and transmit your User Content to deliver, maintain, secure, evaluate, develop, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce our terms, solely for these purposes. This includes evaluating AI performance and improving agent instructions, workflows, and safeguards. We may use service providers acting on our behalf for these purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership to MadeThis or authorize us to sell or publicly publish your User Content without your permission. ”
