“ Other than what is set forth herein, we are not claiming any ownership rights to your entry. However, by submitting your entry, you, on behalf of yourself and your company, are granting us rights to: (i) create with your entry and all its content promotion materials for all media, including customer success stories (now known or later developed), prior to publication you or your organization has the right to review all materials and withdraw right to publication. (ii) Understand that we cannot control the incoming information you will disclose to our representatives in the course of entering, or what our representatives will remember about your entry. By entering this contest, you, on behalf of yourself and your company, agree that the use of information in our representatives' unaided memories in the development or deployment of our products or services does not create liability for us under the "Official Rules" or copyright or trade secret law; understand that neither you nor your company will receive any compensation or credit for use of your entry, other than what is described in these "Official Rules." If you or your company do not want to grant us these rights to your entry, please do not enter this contest.”
