This Agreement may be modified only by a written instrument duly executed by authorized representatives of the Parties; provided, however, that Pinecone may (a) modify this Agreement as provided in Section 19 and (b) designate successor locations for the URLs referenced throughout this Agreement and may modify the policies and terms (including the Pricing Page) published at those URLs in its sole discretion, subject to any limitations on modifications noted therein.
