Access to the Services 4.1 Licence Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, Awen grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right during the applicable subscription period to access and use the Services. A Customer with an organizational Account may permit its Authorized Users to exercise this right on its behalf. 4.2 Availability Awen will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide paid Services.”
