Their words · Terms of Service

“use of the Zep Service and Documentation. Termination of this Agreement will not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay all Fees that accrued prior to such termination. Each party will return to the other or destroy all property (including any Confidential Information) of the other party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) each party may retain the Confidential Information of the other in accordance with its standard backup procedures, subject to the requirements in Section 9 (Confidential Information) and Section 6 (Data Security), and (b) Zep's rights in Aggregate Data and Performance Data as set forth in Sections 5.3 and 5.4 will survive termination. Sections 1, 2.3, 2.6, 2.7, 4, 5 (excluding any term-limited license grants), 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.3, and 11-15 will survive the termination of this Agreement.”
