“You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on, publishing, or acting on them. 6. AI Outputs and Artifacts Wato may generate drafts, summaries, recommendations, code, documents, artifacts, or other outputs using AI systems. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular use case. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and determining whether they are suitable for your intended use. Wato does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, secure, non-infringing, or error-free. 7. Security Wato uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for configuring access permissions, managing users, reviewing connected integrations, and promptly notifying us of suspected security issues. 8. Data Retention and Deletion Wato retains Customer Data only as long as needed to provide the Service, support customer-requested workflows, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of eligible Customer Data by contacting Wato. We will verify the requester’s authority, identify the data covered by the request, and delete or de-identify eligible data from active production systems within a reasonable period. Data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, audit records, or security records until normal expiration, and we may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or legitimate business purposes. ”
