“ 6.2 Vesence (and/or its subcontractors, as applicable) shall retain all right, title and interest to all Intellectual Property Rights with respect to the software products provided as part of the Services and/or developed in the course of the Services, including any customer specific adaptations, Vesence Data and Vesence Systems, and including but not limited to, any derivatives, developments or modifications thereof.”
