“ “Customer Data” means the data, content, configurations and credentials that you or your authorized users submit to or generate in the Cloud Service, including the inputs you provide to our AI and agent features (“Inputs”) and the outputs those features return to you (“Outputs”). As between you and Tracecat, you own and retain all right, title and interest in and to Customer Data, including all Inputs and Outputs. These Terms of Service do not transfer to us any ownership of Customer Data. To the extent we acquire any right, title or interest in Outputs, we assign that right, title and interest to you. We use Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Services for you. We do not use Customer Data to train, fine-tune, develop or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, whether ours or a third party’s. This applies equally to Inputs, Outputs and anything derived from Customer Data, including corrections and logs. We do not sell, license or otherwise make Customer Data available to any third party except to the service providers we use to operate the Cloud Service and as described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not use Customer Data for our own product, marketing or commercial purposes. We collect operational, service and security telemetry about how the Cloud Service is used, such as configuration, usage volumes, latency and error rates, and we use it to operate, secure and support the Cloud Service. ”
