“ 5.1 User Content: You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading or posting User Content, you grant Altacomm a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing the Services. 5.2 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or infringe any third-party rights. 5.3 Prohibited Content: You agree not to attempt to upload, create or share Content or media that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.”
