“ 12.1. Your Termination: You may delete your account at any time from within the RealPact iOS app. You may also contact us at ranvir@realpact.ai for assistance or to request account deletion. 12.2. Our Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, MLS rules, or applicable laws. 12.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you should download any contracts or records you need, as access to the Service will be discontinued. We delete authentication credentials, personal profile and preference data, and account access. Transaction records, documents, audit history, and the associated professional identity may be retained for the period required by applicable law or regulation, as described in our Privacy Policy.”
