“ 1.3. Inconvo's Ownership. Inconvo owns the Service, Software, Inconvo Content, documentation, and anything else provided by Inconvo to Customer (collectively the "Inconvo Materials"). Inconvo retains all right, title, and interest (including, without limitation, all patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights) in and to the Inconvo Materials, all related and underlying technology, any updates, enhancements, upgrades, modifications, patches, workarounds, and fixes thereto, and all derivative works of or modifications to any of the foregoing. There are no implied licenses under this Agreement, and any rights not expressly granted to Customer in this Agreement are expressly reserved by Inconvo.”
