“ ideate.xyz may provide AI-powered features that allow you to generate, edit, process, texture, optimize, or export 3D models and related assets ("AI Features"). These AI Features may use third-party AI models, APIs, infrastructure providers, or generation engines. Model availability, pricing, speed, output quality, capabilities, and usage rights may vary depending on the selected generation type or provider. You acknowledge and agree that: AI-generated outputs may not be unique; the same or similar outputs may be generated for other users; outputs may contain errors, defects, artifacts, or inaccuracies; outputs may not be suitable for every commercial, technical, legal, or production use case; we do not guarantee that any output is original, non-infringing, exclusive, or capable of intellectual property protection; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on them. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable third-party provider terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your inputs, prompts, reference materials, generated outputs, and use of the outputs do not infringe or violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.”
