Their words · Terms of Service
“ You retain ownership of the motion graphics and content you create or upload to Hera. However: You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks). We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws. By uploading assets (e.g., images, videos, audio) to Hera, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such assets solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service on your behalf, including rendering your video projects. This license terminates when you delete the applicable content or close your account. We distinguish between “ Usage Data ” (anonymized, aggregated analytics about how you interact with the Service) and “ User Content ” (any files, media, or creative works you upload). Usage Data may be retained and used to improve the Service. We will not use your User Content for machine-learning model training, dataset creation, or any purpose other than delivering the Service to you, unless we obtain your explicit prior consent.”
