“ As between the parties, the Customer Organization retains all ownership rights in its Customer Data. You grant Hemut a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Software and to deliver the contracted services, in accordance with the Hemut Privacy Statement.”
