How long does awen keep your data?

Defines 'Basic Provenance' as a view-only per-asset record of Inputs, prompts, and model, specifying availability conditions and expressly disclaiming any undertaking to retain, restore, or reconstruct the record — creating a limitation on Awen's retention obligations for all-tier users.

Their words · ai addendum

"Basic Provenance" means the per-asset, view-only record made available to all Users at no additional charge showing the Inputs, prompts, and model associated with an individual item of Output Content. Basic Provenance is accessible through the Service only for so long as the associated asset has been saved and the asset and the relevant account continue to exist within the Service and have not been deleted, and ceases to be available upon deletion of the asset or account or upon termination or expiry of the subscription. Awen gives no undertaking to retain, restore, or reconstruct Basic Provenance, and the User is responsible for accessing and exporting it while available. Basic Provenance does not include the cross-asset lineage map, the data associated with steps beyond the displayed asset, awen.zip or other structured export, extended retention, or the IP Audit Tool.
