Throughout this Agreement, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below: MIDI Composition: a score of music generated for Licensee by AIVA Audio Composition: an audio file (in WAV or MP3 format) generated for Licensee by AIVA the Compositions: refers to both the MIDI & Audio Compositions Content: Media including, but not limited to, motion pictures, video games, tv shows, web apps, mobile apps, pictures and videos. Individual: a physical person OR a small business with less than 3 employees OR a small business with less than $300k of revenues generated in the past year. Enterprise: a business with 3 or more employees AND that generated more than $300k of revenues in the past year
