Notwithstanding the foregoing, Oracle or its third-party licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Cloud Services including AI Functionality, anything provided by or on behalf of Oracle Oracle AI Terms Page 3 of 5 as part of the Cloud Services other than Your Output, and any derivative works thereof.
