“Subscription Services . Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer and its Authorized Users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable right to use and access the Subscription Services, solely for Customer’s own internal business purposes.
