If you are, or become, a competitor of Lapis, or are employed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of a competitor, you are not eligible to use the Services. A "competitor" means any person or entity that develops, markets, or sells products or services that are substantially similar to or competitive with the Services, including AI-powered advertising generation, ad creative tools, or related marketing technology.
