When you submit a website URL for brand extraction or ad generation, you represent and warrant that you own or operate that website, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the website owner to authorise Lapis to programmatically crawl and extract brand assets (including logos, colours, fonts, and screenshots) from that URL. Product URLs. When you submit product URLs from e-commerce platforms or other websites, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the product information (including images, titles, and descriptions) for advertising purposes, and that such use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or contractual rights.”
