Elai is not obligated to review any User Content before or after it is posted on the Website or Services, but reserves the right to remove, delete, or edit any User Content at any time without prior notice. Elai is not obligated to backup any User Content, and you are solely responsible for creating and maintaining your own backup copies of your User Content if you desire.”

“Elai does not sell your Personal Data and only discloses or shares your Personal Data with third parties in the following circumstances or for the following purposes: Elai and its affiliates are in different countries around the world and by accessing the Website, your Personal Data may be transferred outside of your local jurisdiction.
