“10.1 Confidential Information. Either party (the " Disclosing Party ") may disclose non-public, proprietary, or confidential information to the other (the " Receiving Party ") (“ Confidential Information ”). The Receiving Party will: (a) protect Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care as the Receiving Party’s own Confidential Information, but no less than commercially-reasonable care; (b) only use it to exercise rights or perform obligations under these Terms, explore a business relationship (or changes to the business relationship) between the parties, or consistent with the Privacy Policy; and (c) disclose it only to employees, advisors, or service providers who need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these Terms.”
