Conditioned upon your compliance with the terms and conditions of these TOU, Avoma hereby grants to you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, personal, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your business use on the device(s) owned or controlled by you. Upon termination of your Avoma service account, all license and other rights granted to Avoma in these TOU will immediately cease. Avoma will return Customer Personal Data to Customer or delete such data within thirty (30) days after termination of the Services or sooner upon Customer’s request. At Customer’s request, Avoma, Inc. will state in writing that it has completed the deletion of the Customer Personal data from its systems.”
