“Subject to these Standard Terms, Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, non-sublicensable right and license, under Company's rights to such Software, to use Software, in object code only, that is made available by Company with any Hardware ordered by Customer as part of the Order solely in accordance with the specifications for such Software and the related Hardware, and specifically subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 9 hereof. Such license shall automatically terminate immediately upon any material failure by Customer to comply with these Standard Terms or by Customer discontinuing use of such Software.”
