Unless otherwise expressly specified by Zoom as required by applicable Law, all prices shown by Zoom and Charges for the Services on your account are exclusive of Taxes and Fees. Where applicable, Taxes and Fees will be charged on the invoices issued by Zoom in accordance with applicable Laws. Zoom, in its sole discretion, will (i) calculate the amount of Taxes and Fees due, and (ii) change such amounts without notice to you.”
