“ We may use third party subcontractors to provide limited parts of the Services from time to time, including data storage and processing and content delivery (“ Subcontractors ”). You consent to us subcontracting these services to the Subcontractors, provided that Vidyard shall ensure that these Subcontractors comply with the terms of this Agreement applicable to Vidyard and that Vidyard shall remain liable to Customer for any breach of this Agreement by a Subcontractor.”
