Unify policy finding

“ Effect of Expiration or Termination. Upon expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Customer shall immediately discontinue use of the Services and, without limiting Customer’s obligations under Section 7, Customer shall delete, destroy or return all copies of the Unify IP and certify in writing to Unify that the Unify IP has been deleted or destroyed; provided, however, that Customer shall have no obligation to delete, destroy or return CRM Data and may continue to use such data for Customer’s internal business purposes subject to the restrictions in Section 2.4. No expiration or termination will affect Customer’s obligation to pay all Fees that may have become due before such expiration or termination or entitle Customer to any refund. Survival. This Section 13.4 and Sections 1, 2.4 (solely with respect to CRM Data retained in accordance with Section 13.3), 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13.3, and 14 survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement. No other provisions of this Agreement survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.”
