“ When you apply for a job at UiPath, or when we search for a specific candidate and reach out to you for recruitment purposes, we process your Personal Data such as name, surname, CV data, work experience, education, contact information, LinkedIn profile, other social media public profiles relevant for our job openings and other information included in your application, based on your consent, or on our legitimate interest, for the purpose of recruiting the best candidates for our job openings. We may also process gender to fulfill our equal opportunity goals. We also process your personal data through the UiPath Talent Community with your consent when you upload your CV and other information. We use the services of HackerRank to process technical tests and interviews in our legitimate interest to have suitable employees for the job offerings . As part of our recruitment process, we also use AI-enabled functionalities within our applicant tracking system to support candidate sourcing, identification of relevant experience in candidate application/CV , drafting of communications , summarizing interview feedback, generating reports and aggregated analytics, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and, where consent is provided, recording, transcribing and summarizing interviews. These tools assist our recruiters and hiring teams in managing applications more efficiently; however, hiring decisions are not based on automated processing and always involve human review and validation . ”
