“ We may occasionally provide you with access to new service offerings that are still in development (“ Beta Services ”). You may choose to use these Beta Services at your sole discretion. We will label Beta Services as “alpha,” “beta,” “early access,” or something similar within our Services, on our Sites, or in the Documentation. Beta Services may have additional terms that apply to them. In using the Beta Services, you agree to comply with all terms related to the Beta Services that we provide to you. If we do not provide any additional terms, then you agree that the restrictions imposed on you with respect to our Services that are contained in Section 3.4 (Restrictions on Use; Compliance) of these Terms will apply to the Beta Services. You acknowledge that Beta Services may not be as secure or reliable as our Services. We are under no obligation to provide support for Beta Services or to make them generally available. We may, in our sole discretion, change the functionality of the Beta Services and/or discontinue, suspend, or remove your access to such Beta Services (including any data that you input or store within the Beta Services). NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE STATED IN THESE TERMS, SUPERHUMAN WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BETA SERVICES.”
