“ 5.1. Integrations Generally.   If you access or use any third-party product or service that interoperates with our Services (a “ Third-Party Service ”), your use of such a Third-Party Service is solely governed by the terms of service, end user license agreement, privacy policies, and/or any other applicable terms and policies of the third-party providing the Third-Party Service. You acknowledge that the Third-Party Service might access or use your User Content, and you permit us to transmit your User Content to the provider of the Third-Party Service as necessary for the Third-Party Service to interoperate with our Services.  You acknowledge and agree that Superhuman is not responsible for any harms, damages, loss, lost profits, special or consequential damages, or claims arising out of or in connection with the installation of, use of, or reliance on any such Third-Party Service. ”
