Semrush may provide you with agents, software development kits (“ SDKs ”), code snippets, mobile apps, plug-ins, or other software to be used solely in connection with the Services (collectively, “ Downloadable Elements ”, including any updates, upgrades, or new releases thereto). Downloadable Elements constitute part of the Services. As applicable, you may download, copy a reasonable number of times as necessary to facilitate use of the Services (provided copies can only be shared with Authorized Users), install, configure, and use Downloadable Elements strictly in connection with your use of the Services. If you install a mobile app as part of your use of the Services, you consent to receiving mobile app notifications.”
