“ License . If your Order includes any Software, Rev hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to download, install, and use such Software solely for your internal business purposes during the applicable Order Term subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If your Order includes any Services, you may use such Services solely for your internal business purposes during the applicable Order Term subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You may allow your and your Affiliates’ directors, officers, employees, members, students, and contractors acting on your behalf (“ Authorized Users ”) to access and use the Software and Services provided to you under the Agreement.
