Rally policy finding

“ In any of the above situations, Rally will, where practicable, give you notice of the suspension/termination and the reason for it (unless legal restrictions or security concerns prevent us from doing so). For example, if we terminate due to suspected financial crime, we may be restricted by law from disclosing details. When your account is terminated for cause, you must immediately cease using the Services and you remain liable for any unpaid amounts or damages resulting from your breach.”
