“ Limitation of Liability (Direct Damages Cap): To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Rally’s liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms is limited to direct damages actually incurred by you. In other words, if Rally is found liable to you, we will only compensate you for proven direct losses and not for any indirect or consequential losses .”
