Pega policy finding

“ You agree that you will, at all times: (a) take all steps reasonably necessary to hold the Confidential Information in trust and confidence; (b) not use the Confidential Information in any manner or for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use or a separate written agreement between you and Pegasystems; and (c) not disclose any such Confidential Information to any third party that is not a user without first obtaining Pegasystems’ express written consent on a case-by-case basis. You agree that these obligations and covenants are necessary and reasonable in order to protect Pega.”
