“As between you and All Hands AI, you own all right, title and interest in and to the Output. All Hands AI hereby assign to you all its right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output. You will use independent judgement and discretion before relying on or otherwise using Output. Output is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You will use discretion before instructing AI Technology to take any actions on your behalf, and are solely responsible for monitoring and approving any such actions. All Hands AI bears no liability to you or anyone else arising from or relating to your use of AI Technology.”
