It may be an offense in your jurisdiction to record other individuals without their prior written consent. It is your responsibility to follow applicable foreign, federal and local laws when using such features, including informing the participants in your meetings that the discussion is being recorded. We absolutely do not condone the use of our Services for illegal purposes. 3.4 The use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk and with the agreement that you will be solely responsible for Customer Data and the consequences of recording, submitting and publishing Customer Data on or through the Services.”
