“ 3.3.2 The Customer may object to a new or replacement Sub-Processor on reasonable data protection grounds within the ten (10) day notice period by providing written notice to Napkin AI at [email protected] . The parties shall cooperate in good faith to resolve the objection. If the parties cannot resolve the objection within a reasonable timeframe, either party may terminate the affected Services upon written notice.”
