“ 3.3.3 Napkin AI shall impose on all Sub-Processors data protection obligations that are no less protective than those set out in this DPA by way of written contract. Napkin AI remains liable to the Customer for the performance of each Sub-Processor’s obligations to the extent Napkin AI performs such obligations itself.”
