“ 3.3.1 The Customer grants Napkin AI general written authorization to engage the Sub-Processors listed in Annex 2 and at https://www.napkin.ai/sub-processors . Napkin AI shall provide at least ten (10) calendar days' prior notice of any intended addition or replacement of a Sub-Processor by updating the Sub-Processor page at https://www.napkin.ai/sub-processors and, where the Customer has subscribed to notifications, by email to the Customer's registered account address. The Customer may subscribe to Sub-Processor change notifications at https://www.napkin.ai/sub-processors .”
