“ 3.5.1 Napkin AI shall reasonably assist the Customer in ensuring compliance with the Customer’s security obligations under Article 32, breach notification obligations under Articles 33 and 34, data protection impact assessment obligations under Article 35, and prior consultation obligations under Article 36 of the GDPR, taking into account the nature of the Processing and the information available to Napkin AI. Napkin AI may charge reasonable, documented fees for compliance assistance that exceed Napkin AI’s ordinary course of business.”
