“ 3.6.1 Napkin AI shall make available to the Customer all information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA and shall allow for and contribute to audits and inspections conducted by the Customer or a qualified third-party auditor appointed by the Customer. The Customer shall provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of any audit request; audits shall be conducted during normal business hours, no more than once per calendar year, absent a confirmed Personal Data Breach, and the Customer shall bear all costs of such audit.”
