“ 2.1 Napkin AI shall Process Customer Personal Data only on the Customer’s documented instructions as set out in this DPA, in Annex 1, and as further specified in the Agreement, except where required to do so by applicable law, in which case Napkin AI shall, to the extent permitted by law, inform the Customer of that legal requirement before Processing.”
