Murf AI policy finding

“Use of trials and betas is permitted only for User's self-evaluation during the period designated by Murf. Murf may terminate User's use of trials and betas at any time for any reason. Trials and betas may be inoperable, incomplete or include features never released. Notwithstanding anything else in this User Agreement, Murf offers no warranty, SLA or support for trials and betas and its liability for trials and betas will not in the aggregate exceed USD $1,000.”
