“ End User Data. If you are an End User, we collect information in a variety of ways, including when you provide information directly to us and/or when we receive information that you provide to Dealership Customers. When you call a dealership, schedule an appointment, or interact with their services, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, vehicle information, service needs, and preferred appointment times, as well as other information that you choose to provide. When you communicate with a dealership through phone calls or messages, we collect your telephone number, call duration, and the content of your communications. For clarity, when we provide our Services to a Dealership Customer, we will receive the same or similar type of personal information that the Dealership Customer receives and which we need to provide our Services to the Dealership Customer. Dealership Customer Data. If you are a Dealership Customer, you will need to provide contact information for your Dealership Personnel who you authorize to access and use our Services. That information may include and is not limited to name, dealership name, titles, job-related information, address, email address, telephone number(s) and passwords used to log into our Services. We also collect call recordings, messages, appointment data, customer information, and vehicle inventory information that Dealership Customers/Dealership Personnel manage using our Services. ”
